The Cluj immigration office (Serviciul pentru Imigrări al județului Cluj) is located on the bottom floor of Iulius Mall and is open Monday – Friday. However, there are specific hours in which you are able to achieve certain tasks.

Below you can find a table which outlines the various tasks which are performed throughout the day, however, as of May 29th, 2024, the Immigration Office no longer accepts requests without first having created an online appointment via the IGI portal. It is important to follow the instructions carefully when completing the online reservation to prevent any delay in your request, as often, there's a significant amount of appointments.

It is also possible to visit the Immigration Office to discuss any issues you may have on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 10:00 and 12:00. This does not require an appointment in advance, but no requests for documents can be performed at this meeting.

The office is small and simple, if you’re registering for documents, you will expect to have your photo taken, which is done on-site and only takes 15 seconds, so you don’t need to bring one with you, unless otherwise stated.
