UNTOLD, one of Europe’s most prestigious music festivals, is set to return for its ninth edition from the 8th to the 11th of August, 2024. Held in the heart of Transylvania, this year's event promises an unparalleled experience with over 250 artists performing across eight stages, including Lenny Kravitz, Swedish House Mafia, Martin Garrix, and Sam Smith. Known for its spectacular performances and immersive experiences, this year’s theme, “Human is Nature,” promises to deliver an unforgettable experience that combines music, nature, and human connection.

A fee of 25 RON per wristband applies at these pre-festival points, payable only by card.
Check-In and Payment System:
- Online Check-In: Strongly recommended for quicker access. Complete the Check-in form online or on-site to receive your wristband.
- Festival Wallet and Top-Up: After check-in, set up your Festival Wallet to pre-load money onto your wristband starting August 2, 2024. This can be done through the UNTOLD app, with top-up stations available at the festival.

Age Restrictions and Parental Consent
- Minors 14-18: Require parental consent and a valid ID.
- Minors under 14: Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and have parental consent.
- Children under 7: Free entry with a parent/guardian.
Festival Rules and Security
Prohibited Items:
- Alcohol, bottles, large backpacks, flammable cosmetics, professional recording equipment, food and beverages, animals, and weapons.
- Prescription drugs and medical items (e.g., insulin, asthma inhalers) are allowed with a medical letter.

Locker Rentals:
- Available for 200 lei for four days or 50 lei per day, located outside the festival near the access point.
Refunds and Top-Up
- Refunds: Unspent amounts on wristbands can be recovered at any Credit Point during the festival or through the Refund Online option by completing the form available in the festival account until August 16, 2024.

Traffic Restrictions Announced for UNTOLD 2024 Festival
In preparation for the UNTOLD 2024 festival, significant traffic restrictions will be in place from August 2 to August 19, 2024, to ensure the smooth setup, operation, and takedown of the event's logistics. The following areas and times will be affected:
Pedestrian Areas:
- Aleea Stadion: Closed to pedestrians from August 2 to August 19, 2024.
- Plateau between Cluj Arena and BT Arena: Closed to pedestrians from August 2 to August 19, 2024.
- Area between Parcul Stadion and Splaiul Independenței: Closed to pedestrians from August 2 to August 19, 2024.
- North Side of Simion Bărnuțiu Central Park: Enclosed area from str. G. Coșbuc, the UAD building, and Splaiul Independenței will be closed from August 2 to August 19, 2024.
Vehicle Restrictions:
- Aleea Stadion: Closed from August 2 to August 19, 2024, between 23:30 and 04:30.
- Aleea Stadion: Fully closed from August 5, 2024, 00:00 to August 14, 2024, 04:30.
- Splaiul Independenței (Garibaldi Bridge to George Coșbuc St.): Closed from August 2, 2024, 00:00 to August 4, 2024, 23:59, except for CTP trams.
- Splaiul Independenței (Garibaldi Bridge to George Coșbuc St.): Closed on August 5, 2024, from 00:00 to 23:59.

Pedestrian Restrictions:
For the safety of participants and smooth operation of the event, pedestrian access will be prohibited in the area surrounding the Polyvalent Hall, Cluj Arena Stadium, and Simion Bărnuțiu Central Park. The restricted area includes:

- George Coșbuc St. (from Cardinal Iuliu Hossu St. to Splaiul Independenței)
- Cardinal Iuliu Hossu St.
- Splaiul Independenței (Garibaldi Bridge to Napoca Bridge)
