The 2024 edition of Electric Castle festival is poised to deliver an unprecedented experience, blending musical legend with the grandeur of Romania's Banffy Castle in Cluj from July 17-21.
Headliner Sean Paul, a towering figure in the dancehall and reggaeton scene, is set to ignite the stage, symbolising the festival's commitment to musical diversity and innovation.
Joining him are powerhouse groups such as Massive Attack, Bring Me the Horizon, and Queens of the Stone Age, along with the soulful rock tones of Paolo Nutini, ensuring a lineup that spans genres and generations.
Celebrating 10 years of Celebration
The festival celebrates its 10th edition and promises an impressive lineup, including notable acts and a diverse range of musical genres.
PR Manager Renate Roca-Rozenberg hints at an “exotic and eclectic” in an statement to ProTV edition, “Sean Paul, the legend of dancehall music, and Paolo Nutini join the big names already announced at Electric Castle: Massive Attack, Bring me the Horizon, Queens of the Stone Age. We have prepared an exotic edition and eclectic, it will be performed in Farsi, Portuguese, Spanish, many languages this year at Electric Castle.”
Alongside international stars, the event will showcase homegrown talent like Subcarpați, Vama, and Irina Rimes, cementing its status as a cultural melting pot.
This year, Electric Castle introduces innovative architectural changes as well as a refresh of their iconic EC logo. They'll be moving stages from their traditional spots to offer fresh experiences and emphasising an international urban scene.
